Return Policy

Returns & Replacements

We test all products that we dispatch and pack them to resist damage, however if on arrival you find your goods to be faulty, they must be returned in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt .

For returns, you must inform us in writing within 7 days (eg. email). You are responsible for paying the return courier fee and we may deduct courier charges to you, and/or a 10% restocking fee. On receipt of your goods we will inspect, and then issue the necessary refund or replacement through our system. Goods marked carry a 12 to 24 months supplier warranty included in the box, please contact us if you have any further questions.

All orders are dispatched through a courier company only. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Delivery via the courier company takes  24 to 48 hours for most areas. Outer lying and remote areas may take longer. All orders are subject to Courier Company norms. Sixtythree Hairstudio cc is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 1-2 working days from the date of the order, and payment ,or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order).

Shipping & Delivery Policy
Change of delivery address after checkout is not allowed. If the courier attempts delivery and the attempted delivery was not successful, you will need to contact the courier company and arrange a suitable delivery time using the tracking number for your parcel. Kindly contact the help desk or email us for your tracking number. Notifications will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration or checkout. How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units and some products
The shipping charge is included or displayed at checkout.



Our salon is closed during the lock down for services. The online shop is open for essential hygiene items. Shampoo, Conditioner & Hair Irons will be delivered via courier during lock down. All vouchers purchased will be sent via email. Take care and stay safe!
